ikea's swedish Meatballs and salmon wrap

已經到了澳洲7個月了，幾乎平均每個月都要進宜家3次，已經到了很熟的地步了，尤其是位於tempe的分店，這間號稱是南半球最大的宜家已經逛到都不太想來了，而在tempe那種鳥不拉屎的地方更是很難找到吃的，所以中午時刻一到，餐廳總是人來人往，生意非常好


I  go to ikea nearly 3 times every month in the pass 7 months,it's as familiar as my home especially tempe  branch(the largest ikea store in southern Hemisphere), and I even feel  tired of going there.Every time the restaurant in ikea was crowded during lunch time because there is not much lunch option nearby.

我在ikea吃過幾次熱食，但是從沒吃過瑞典肉丸子（應該說丸子比較貼切），很難想像這麼有名的一個瑞典菜我竟然之前都沒吃過，何況它是瑞典的代表菜之一，當我拿到這盤菜的時候，看到其中一顆肉丸子上面瑞典小國旗，覺得蠻可愛的，盤子裡面會有十顆多的小丸子，如果點中或大的話會再多一些，然後旁邊它會再挖給你兩球多的馬鈴薯泥，是外國人吃的那種，只有馬鈴薯加一些奶油或牛奶之類的那種，淋上一種有點稠狀的醬汁．這醬汁給我的印象不是太深，比較深的印象是那一點點的覆盆子醬，因為很少吃到甜鹹綜合再同一盤的料理，所以吃起來印象蠻深的，感覺也很新鮮，也許下次來的話，還會有機會點也說不定


I have some food in ikea before except the famous swedish meatballs,it is hard to image I haven't had this famous Sweden food before.This dish comes with a cute swedish flag and couple of meatballs depends on what size you ordered,with about 2 scopes of mashed potato makes it balance this dish not too salty or too rich.The thing impress me most was the sauce,the sauce which I mentioned is not the creamy one,but the raspberry  sauce.The taste was special and fresh because I seldom eat food with both salt and sour-sweat sauce in one dish,maybe I will have it again some day when I visit there again.




另一張照片是我姊點的鮭魚卷？忘了他的名子，不知道吃起來怎麼樣．但我沒有習慣在那邊點三明治或裡面有包生菜鮭魚的食物，因為我更愛熱食.
